Abstract

Humble, Texas, continues to grow as part of the expanding Greater Houston metropolitan area, attracting new businesses and investors. To meet the increasing demand for modern hospitality and commercial space, it is proposed to construct an eight-story hotel with one basement level at 6819 Manor Way, Humble, Texas. To implement the project, the existing vacant lot will be cleared and prepared for development. The building will include contemporary guest rooms, a restaurant and café on the ground floor, and a spacious lobby for the comfort of visitors. The surrounding area will be landscaped using sustainable and green design strategies to ensure the project remains environmentally responsible. This report presents the design project, covering the structural, architectural, geotechnical, environmental, and construction management aspects of the proposed development.
