Aminophosphine PNH complexes of Mn(i), Fe(ii), and Co(ii) and evaluation of their activities in the transfer hydrogenation of nitriles

Abstract

PN H complexes of Mn, Fe, and Co were prepared and tested as catalysts in the transfer hydrogenation of nitriles. (PN H )FeBr 2 proved the most effective representing the first Fe system for selective transfer hydrogenation of nitriles to primary amines.
