dc.description.abstractPN H complexes of Mn, Fe, and Co were prepared and tested as catalysts in the transfer hydrogenation of nitriles. (PN H )FeBr 2 proved the most effective representing the first Fe system for selective transfer hydrogenation of nitriles to primary amines.
