Abstract
The main result of this thesis work is a proof of the higher-order Poincar´e inequalities for Baouendi-Grushin vector fields on non-smooth domains. The finding is successfully applied to the study of the higher-order Fisher-KPP equation. And some classical vector calculus’ theorems for Baouendi-Grushin vector fields are discussed
