THE STUDY OF PHENOLIC COMPOUNDS OF THE BERRIES OF THREE SPECIES OF PLANTS OF THE GENUS VACCINIUM, GROWING IN THE KHANTY-MANSI AUTONOMOUS AREA

Aqueous-ethanol extracts of cranberries, blueberries, and lingonberries from Khanty-Mansiysk region were analyzed via HPLC, identifying 15 anthocyanin glycosides and 30 phenolic compounds (e.g., chlorogenic acid was predominant).
