Abstract
The current study explored the practicum experiences of senior student-teachers of the pedagogical programs across Kazakhstan. The goal of this study is to look into the practicum experience of senior student-teachers from Kazakhstan's pedagogical universities and see how it relates to student-teachers’ early levels of teacher self-efficacy (SE), satisfaction with the profession, and intention to become a teacher. The study adopts a mixed-method research design and makes use of descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM), and multilevel modeling (MLM).
