Influential analysis allows: identify the most important indicators that need to be given the most attention, allocate funds to optimize the total efficiency score; Manage some factors to improve work of a system; Reduce the impact of those indicators that we can’t influence (manage) at present time. The application of the method is especially effective for the development of a corporate network of academic libraries in order to improve the speed of information retrieval and the exchange of valuable scientific resources.
