dc.description.abstractTalentEngine is a new recruitment system designed to improve and optimize hiring processes. The system uses artificial intelligence to eliminate the inefficiencies of existing modern recruitment methods. By using AI and machine learning models, TalentEngine is able to automate the ranking of candidates based on their resumes and online interview results. This approach will allow HR teams to find ideal candidates more effectively and save significant time.
