IDENTIFYING AND REMOVING BARRIERS TO INNOVATION IN BI GROUP

Abstract

To succeed in today’s fast changing world, companies specifically operating in a high knowledge-intensive industries must continuously innovate and improve. In this regard, firms worldwide are quickly raising their awareness of the significance of the role of knowledge management (KM) in the innovation process. Many successful companies have already achieved excellent results in the KM implementation, and thus have learnt how to bring innovation to their organizations. However, there is no universal approach to KM, and obviously any company first has to start with the exploring the obstacles to innovation.
