Teachers’ Attitudes, Knowledge and Skills for Collaborative Professional Development

Abstract

The education system in Kazakhstan is experiencing fundamental changes, with teachers as the most significant change agents. Consequently, teachers’ professional learning through collaboration has attracted the growing attention of researchers, policy-makers, school administrators and teachers.
