Kazakhstan Regional Development was an EU funded Technical Assistance project. It provided consultancy support and know-how and capacity building on issues relative to the regional development policies of the Government of Kazakhstan. The Project was a part of a wider Cooperation Programme entitled Supporting Kazakhstan Local Development Policies and was based on a Financing Agreement signed between the European Union and the Government of Kazakhstan of June 2011. The Project commenced in February 2013 and was completed in February 2017
