Item Open Access Erythrocyte ghosts` influence on the phenotypic plasticity of macrophage(2016-05) Khassenbekova, Zh.; Berikkhanova, K.; Gulyayev, A.; Sergazy, Sh.; Yermekbayeva, В.; Kushugulova, A.R.; Omarova, D.; Akhmetova, A.; Nurgozhin, T.; Zhumadilov, Zh.Correction of phenotypic plasticity of macrophages for reprogramming inflammatory response is of great interest to modern medicine. To date, there are lots of factors, which can alter macrophages' phenotype to M1 or M2. The introduction of drug containing autologous erythrocyte ghosts is one of such factors. We have developed a method for the targeted delivery of autologous erythrocyte ghosts loaded with antibiotic (pharmacocytes) directly into the wound tissues. Introduction of pharmacocytes to the purulent wound ensures high therapeutic concentrations of the antibiotic, which leads to rapid arresting of the phase of the inflammatory process and thus results in early healing. In order to explain this phenomenon, we investigated the effect of the pharmacocytes on the phenotypic polarization of macrophages.Item Open Access Study the effect of gene polymorphism contribution of statin biotransformation and lipid metabolism for parameters of statin efficacy. Recruiting(National Laboratory Astana, Nazarbayev University 2016, 2016-05-11) Kozhakhmetov, S.S.; Kushugulova, A.R.; Kakimova, A.B.; Saduakhassova, S.A.; Urasova, M.S.; Khassenbekova, Zh.R.; Kozhakhmetova, S.S.; Kazhybayev, A.K.; Urazbayeva, G.S.; Tuleutayeva, G.K.; Ongarbayeva, A.E.; Beysembayeva, S.Ch.; Nurgozhin, T.S.; Zhumadilov, Zh.Rosuvastatin is high-performance hydroxymethylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase, which commonly used in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. It significantly reduces levels of LDL, which accompanied by a moderate increase in HDL and a decrease triglycerides in blood serum. Nowadays rozuvastatin is the safest among statin preparation and it differs from simvastatin, lovastatin and atorvastatin by minimal hepatic metabolism. Endogenous characteristics of drugs metabolism, which depends on polymorphisms of transformation genes and statin transportation, can reflect on achievement of final efficacy. Individual variability in the effectiveness and safety of drugs is one of the topical problems of clinical practice. It is known that genetic variations are factors in determining an individual response to drug therapy. There are many examples of cause-effect relationships between genotype and response to drug therapy. Based on written above, the purpose of this study is to research the pharmacokinetic characteristics of the therapy with rosuvastatin.
