Abstract
This project presents SmartRecruiters, a multilingual, role-based recruitment platform developed to address inefficiencies and localization gaps in current hiring systems used across Kazakhstan. Designed with scalability, transparency, and compliance in mind, the system supports the complete recruitment workflow—from job posting and applicant tracking to interview scheduling and structured feedback. The platform features a modular architecture built with Java Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and React, supported by technologies like Kafka, Keycloak, and Docker. Emphasizing usability and legal compliance, SmartRecruiters offers distinct user roles (Admin, Recruiter, Applicant, Organization Representative), real-time interactions, and end-to-end traceability of applications. Evaluations confirmed the system’s performance, reliability, and relevance, especially for educational, public, and HR institutions. Future improvements include automated candidate matching, advanced analytics, and mobile optimization.
