The investigation of stress management among female administrators and higher education managers is a globally discussed topic. In various life situations, everyone encounters work stress regardless of sex, race, and the harmful effects of stress such as anxiety, depression, emotional instability, and sometimes psychological trauma affects female administrators’ mental sanity. Yet, there is limited literature as regards the issue of stress and the factors that influence them. The study aims to investigate how female administrators and managers in Kazakhstan’s higher education manage stress, examine the sources of stress that affect women, and the influences of working in a stressful environment.en_US
