Abstract

Бұл қазақ тілін үйретудің жаңа әдісі және соңғы ақпараттық технология жетістігін пайдалана отырып, сөйлейтін қалам түрінде жасалған компьютерлік бағдарлама. Алдымен, қазақ тілінің ауызша сөйлесудегі жиі қолданылатын сөздік қоры жасады. Алғашқы 10, 100, 1000, 6500, 65000 жиілік сөздер іріктеліп, қазақ тілінің ауызша сөйлеу сөздігінің жиілік дерек қоры арнайы VoiceDataBaseKZ ақпараттық бағдарламаға енгізіледі. This paper deals with the new techniques of teaching the Kazakh language by using the latest information technology achievements in the form of talking pencils. First, the data compiled from the vocabulary often used in conversation the Kazakh language. It was stored in the memory of the pencil by using the Dot Cod technology. The technology TTS (text-to-speech) KZ is one of the achievements to sound the text in the Kazakh language.
