Abstract
Nazarbayev University has experienced significant growth in the past few years and it is projected to increase in the future. Hence, the necessity of multi-story academic building at Nazarbayev University is high. This report includes the design of 9 story academic building with the total area of 16000 m2. Based on the literature review performed within the capstone I, architectural, structural and geotechnical designs were developed. Moreover, feasibility study and project management including cost estimations were determined.
