Abstract

Transcriptomics studies the complete set of RNA and expression levels of mRNAs in a genome, which is widely used in expression profiling. [1] Transcriptomics used for observing the variation in gene expression through comparing two RNA transcripts. It applied to analyze molecular mechanisms that correlates with specific phenotype or in the recognition of biomarkers that vary between two different states. [2] In this research, transcriptome analysis will be used to differentiate how physical exercise affects the expression profile and how the expression differs among people whose frequency of training is higher.
