Abstract
The Sovereign Republic of Kazakhstan consists of the 14 regions. Among these regions
seven regions, such as Aktobe region, Western Kazakhstan region, Northern Kazakhstan
region, East Kazakhstan region, Pavlodar region and Kostanay region borders with the
Russian Federation.
