This correspondence describes the adaptation of pediatric rheumatology care in Kazakhstan amidst the COVID‑19 pandemic. Over 600 pediatric patients with various rheumatic diseases were managed using remote consultations (phone/video), maintenance of disease‑modifying therapies unless COVID‑19 developed, and decentralization of infusions to local hospitals. No infections were reported among this cohort, aided by Kazakhstan’s low case numbers, availability of national disease protocols, and health system resilience during lockdowns., en
