Abstract

The dynamic behavior of the renewable energy source-based microgrid has been studied in detail for small signal analysis in this research. It is known that disturbances in the power system are inevitable; therefore, it can also impact the performance of the system. The results from the simulation display the MG related to issues of small-signal stability. In steady-state conditions, all of the states own very good transient characteristics. Many of them are critically damped; some are underdamped, and a few are undamped. Yet, the system is stable. Different power-sharing plans noticeably influenced the small-signal stability in MG. The behavior of Eigen Values in various conditions was analyzed as well.
