The article considers the scientific and theoretical ground for performing the historical comparison of the auxiliary morphemes of the XII century Kipchak, Karluk and Oguz linguistic materials gathered in the four-language Az-Zamakhshari dictionary and the auxiliary morphemes of the modern Kazakh language. The authors come to the conclusion that medieval Turkic languages were the result of integration, while the modern Turkic languages are the result of the differentiation.
