There is research evidence that secondary school teachers experience some challenges within the concept of gifted perfectionism, especially in defining and analyzing the reasons for talented perfectionism and practicing some supportive approaches for gifted perfectionists. Therefore, the main goal of the present study was to examine the understanding and useful strategies of school teachers with talented perfectionist students. Specifically, the research aimed to identify the teachers’ conceptualization of the factors leading to perfectionism and its outcomes of it.en_US
