THE EMPLOYMENT PROSPECTS OF 1ST AND 4TH YEAR IN-SERVICE TEACHER-TRAINING STUDENTS IN NORTHERN UNIVERSITY OF KAZAKHSTAN: A BIVARIATE ANALYSIS.

Abstract

The aim current study to examine the employment prospects of 1st and 4th year in service teacher-training students of Northern University of Kazakhstan. The research main question is: What are the attitude of 1st and 4th year in-service teacher-training students towards their employment prospects after graduation in northern University in Kazakhstan? For this study the quantitative approach was used. In total the 589 respondents participated in this survey by Qualtrics platform. The data from this study was analyzed through the Social Sciences Package (SPSS). The study comparing the attitudes of 1st and 4th year teacher training students towards the teaching profession providing interesting insights. While both groups showed a high level of interest in teaching, there were differences in certain aspects of motivation
