Abstract
In a world of challenges and competitiveness, the striving toward innovation becomes essential for businesses and firms. Developing or reconfiguring business models is crucial and at times disregarded aspect of innovation, proven to be a more dependable generator of competitive advantage than new products and services. Furthermore, the business model is recommended as a tool for analyzing sustainability-related issues. The aim of this work is to design a business model for the strategic sustainable development of Robotics & AI Limited LLP (RAIL LLP) company specializing in robotic rehabilitation for people after neurological disorders. This includes creating a financial model in Excel that is adaptive to changing environments, flexible to meet new production capacities and limitations, and fully controllable. Also, the vision, mission and goals of the company should be created because they serve as a strategic compass for companies, providing a clear direction for growth and development while aligning all members of the organization toward a common objective. Likewise, a SWOT analysis and PESTLE analysis offer valuable insights into the internal and external factors that may influence the company's operations and future expansion. Moreover, a review of the current market is conducted through a competitor analysis of exoskeleton providers. As well as critical success factors are identified that will significantly impact its potential growth in the market. By leveraging these tools, companies can make informed decisions and develop effective strategies to overcome challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and achieve sustainable success.
