dc.description.abstract This paper presents an analysis of Industry 4.0 implementation in Kazakhstan and shows that it is more advantageous to adopt a global perspective and to target to the global community rather than narrow focus of economic growth and consideration of only short-term inner interests. The current state and importance of Fourth Industrialization for the country as well as opportunities and challenges of its realization in Kazakhstan have been discussed in more detail. It has been shown that a number of large enterprises of the country implements Industry 4.0 by applying global standards, which in turn increased their productivity and competitiveness not only in Kazakhstan but also in the world. en_US
