dc.description.abstract In addition to the positive effects of sport on the general health of a person, it is also accompanied by a high risk of injury. According to SRITO in 2010 about 10500 athletes sustained sports related injury. Additionally athletes face psychological disorders, like insomnia, depression and anger episodes. Sports related injuries and a psychological disorder affects each other, increasing the risk of developing psychological and physical traumas. The aim of this study is to identify the prevalence and possible risk factors of injuries and mental disorders among athletes of Astana.... en_US
