dc.description.abstract Poor diet is associated with risk for obesity, cardiovascular diseases and other noncommunicable diseases, which nowadays are the main causes of death worldwide. The aim of this study was to examine the association of unhealthy-eating behavior with nutrition-knowledge and self-efficacy to resist unhealthy eating among university students. The additional objective of our study was to determine the stages of change towards healthier eating behavior and to identify factors associated with each of the stages. en_US
