dc.description.abstract Urban public space plays an important role in sustainable growth of a city since it creates a bridge between the city and its citizens. This exposes a focus on the importance of urban public space evaluation, which reveals the effectiveness of its usage. The capital city of Kazakhstan, Astana, is facing rapid development phase, where building successful urban public spaces is significant. Therefore, this research paper aims to identify whether there is an urban public space evaluation policy in Astana and any policy learning from the Nurzhol Boulevard case. ru_RU
