dc.description.abstract The relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Leadership has received much attention of researchers in past decades. However, researchers and educators still know little about the nature of relationship between trait emotional intelligence (Trait EI) and styles of leadership. Thus, the main topic of this study is to explore whether there is any connection between secondary teachers‟ trait emotional intelligence and their style of leadership, and whether that connection also depends on teachers‟ educational qualifications and /or years of teaching experience. ru_RU
