Antigen Specificity Enhances Disease Control by Tregs in Vitiligo

Abstract

Tregs engineered to express a TCR specific to melanocyte antigens provide superior disease control in a mouse model of vitiligo, homing to skin, persisting long-term, and suppressing effector T cells more effectively than polyclonal Tregs.
