Abstract
Filtering of photonic signals for both polarizations becomes possible with a single dielectric layer by engineering Fabry–Perot interference. Analytical formulas provide cavity size, material, and angle combinations for optimal filtering; sharp, selective filters achieved under dense media/narrow bands.
