Abstract
A Halilsoy extension of the Zipoy–Voorhees metric is interpreted as a deformed NUT spacetime with gravitomagnetic charge rather than a rotating source. Particle motion, ISCOs, photon capture radii, and regions allowing closed time-like curves are explored.
