The purpose of the research is to examine current situation with Ethics Commissioners in Kazakhstan based on their direct opinion/feedback derived from the group discussions and individual interviews. The project objective is to define main acute problems (if any) that Ethics Commissioners have and provide recommendations for the improvement (if necessary).
