It is also based on the Kazakhstani codes, such as SNiPs and RDS RK. In order to provide the technical drawings, AutoCAD software was used; whereas, the 3D model was rendered in Google SketchUp software. In addition, using the same software, the outside parking area with available usual 38 parking places and 3 parking places for disabled people is shown as well. Moreover, hand and software calculations for the structural analysis of the building are presented.
